I Added an Instagram Hashtag but No Posts Are Showing
If you added an Instagram hashtag app but no posts appear when configuring, the app may display a message such as “No post to review.”
This usually happens due to either:
The hashtag having no public posts, or
A permission issue with the Meta integration.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check the Hashtag on Instagram
Open Instagram in your browser.
Use the search bar to find the hashtag you added.
Confirm that the hashtag contains public posts.
If no posts exist or the hashtag is rarely used, then the feed may appear empty.
Step 2: Reconnect the Facebook Integration
Permission issues during the login process can prevent Juuno from retrieving posts.
Disconnect and reconnect the connection:
Delete the Instagram connection from Juuno via Settings > Social Connections.
Remove the Juuno app integration from your Facebook account settings.
Reconnect the account again through Juuno.
Grant Full Permissions
During the Facebook authorization process, ensure the following options are enabled:
All fb pages
All Instagram accounts
All permissions
This allows Juuno to retrieve content from Instagram hashtags.
After completing authorization, save the settings and reconnect the feed.
Step 3: Re-add the Hashtag Feed
Once the connection is restored:
Go to your Juuno playlist.
Add the Instagram hashtag feed again.
Confirm the posts appear in the preview.
When to Contact Support
If the hashtag feed still shows no posts:
Confirm the hashtag contains public posts
Verify your Instagram Business Account is connected correctly
If the issue continues, feel free to contact support and include the hashtag, screenshots (if possible), Workspace name, and Playlist name.
