Getting Started

What is a Screen?

A screen is any TV, monitor, or display connected to Juuno. Once connected, you can cast playlists, set schedules, and manage what content appears—all from your Juuno dashboard.

How screens connect to Juuno

Screens connect using compatible hardware:

  • Smart TV browser

  • Chromecast or Android

  • Amazon Fire Stick

  • Amazon Signage Stick

  • Raspberry Pi

  • Desktop Browsers

To connect a screen:

  1. Open the Juuno app on your device, or go to d.juuno.co in a browser.

  2. A unique pairing code will appear on the screen.

  3. Enter the code in your Screens (app.juuno.co/screens) page to connect the screen to your account.

Managing screens

View and manage all screens at app.juuno.co/screens. From here you can:

  • Connect new screens

  • See which playlist, schedule, or sequence is currently assigned

  • Disconnect or remove screens from your account

  • Monitor screen status in real time

Screen limits and billing

During your trial, you can connect and test multiple screens. Each connected device uses one screen from the account.

After the trial, you can upgrade to a plan billed per screen, or choose the White Label plan, which includes a bundle of screens.

White Label plan includes 20 screens and lets you apply your own branding in a dedicated dashboard for your team and clients.

Screens and Workspaces

Screens can be assigned to workspaces to organize devices across teams or clients.

Screens may be:

  • Allocated screens — assigned to a workspace

  • Unallocated screens — not assigned to any workspace and available to allocate

When creating a new workspace, you assign screens from your available (unallocated) screen pool.

If all screens are already allocated, you can:

  • Unallocate screens from an existing workspace, or

  • Purchase additional screens on your subscription

Screen Allocation and Connected Devices

Connected devices always count toward your screen limit.

When editing a workspace's screen allocation, you cannot reduce the number of allocated screens below the number of devices currently connected.

For example: If your subscription ha5 screens and 2 devices are connected, you cannot reduce your screen allocation below 2 screens unless you disconnect a device first.
