How to Allocate Screens

If you've purchased extra screens but can't connect more, it may mean you haven't allocated your additional screens yet. Here's how you can manage and allocate your extra screens to your workspace(s)

Step 1: Navigate to your Settings > Workspace or https://app.juuno.co/settings/workspaces

Step 2: Click 'Edit' on the Workspace you wish to add screens. 

Step 3: Use the (+) and (-) buttons to add or reduce the number of screens for that workspace. 

Please note: that you can't remove or deallocate screen(s) if they are currently in use within your workspace. You can only remove the number of screens that aren't used yet. If you want to remove a screen that's in use, you'll need to delete it from your Screens list at https://app.stage.juuno.co/screens first.
