Account vs Workspaces
In Juuno, an "Account" and "Workspaces" are interrelated but differ in terms of organization and control within the platform. Workspaces belong to an Account, and a single Account can have many Workspaces.
1. Account
- Your account in Juuno is the highest level of organization. It's where your billing and user management are centralized.
- An account can encompass multiple workspaces.
- Within an account, you have access to various settings and options that affect all workspaces, including user permissions, etc.
- The account is managed by administrators who oversee the overall use of Juuno within your company/organization.
- You have the option to create additional or separate accounts on the same email; each can contain its own workspaces and will incur separate billing upon upgrade.
2. Workspaces
- Workspaces are sort of a sub-sections within your Juuno account.
- Workspaces are structured to segregate the playlists, screens and schedule for different projects, teams, or other aspect of your business.
- You can set up different permissions for each workspace, allowing certain team members to access only the workspaces relevant to them.
- You can create multiple workspaces under a single Juuno account.
In summary, your Juuno 'account' is the central hub encompassing all activities on the platform. While workspaces within the account allow you to segregate and manage different set of playlists, screens, schedules and teams independently.
Switching Accounts
You have the option to switch between and view all accounts associated with your email by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting 'Switch account.'
