Account vs Workspaces

In Juuno, Accounts and Workspaces are interconnected but serve different purposes in organizing and managing your stuff. 


1. Account

The Account is the highest level of organization in Juuno.

  • Centralized billing and user management.
  • Can contain multiple Workspaces.
  • Controls global settings and permissions that affect all Workspaces.
  • Managed by administrators who oversee the platform's use within your organization.
Additional Notes:
  • You can create additional or separate accounts using the same email and each account will incur separate billing when upgraded.
  • Each account has its own respective Workspaces


2. Workspaces

Workspaces are subdivisions within your Juuno account, designed for more granular organization

  • Used to separate playlists, screens, and schedules for different projects, teams, or business aspects.
  • Permissions can be set individually for each Workspace, allowing selective team member access.
  • Multiple Workspaces can be created under a single Account.


Switching Accounts

You can switch between and view all accounts associated with your email by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting 'Switch account.'


In the switch account modal, you also have the option to create additional accounts by clicking the  Create Account button.
