White label vs Sub Accounts

White Label vs Sub Accounts

Lot’s of people have been asking about this, so here is some information on what we will be doing, vs what we won’t be doing.

SCENARIO 1:
"I DON'T WANT MY CLIENT TO KNOW ABOUT JUUNO. I WANT TO MANAGE EVERYTHING AND CHARGE MY CLIENT WHATEVER I WANT."
Solution: White Label Player App
The player would be called something like "Signage Player”. It will be unbranded.
You ask your clients to install the Signage Player app, and they give you the connection code. You can then charge for the service and creative production as you see fit. We will not be building a white label version of the Juuno playlist builder itself.
Downside: You have to manage EVERYTHING for the client. Your client has no login.
Upside: Charge what you want. You're in control.

SCENARIO 2:
"I WANT TO GIVE MY CLIENTS ACCESS TO THEIR SCREEN TO UPDATE THEMSELVES."
Solution: Sub Accounts / Workspaces
Downside: Your client has to login to Juuno to update their screens. Less ability to mark up costs of the screen itself. Not white label.
Upside: So much easier for you, you still charge for creative production.

SCENARIO 3:
"I WANT TO GIVE MY CLIENTS ACCESS TO THEIR SCREEN TO UPDATE THEMSELVES, AND I WANT TO KEEP JUUNO A SECRET FROM THEM."
This is not something we are looking into in the near future.
If Scenario 3 is something you need, please contact me, and I will issue a refund immediately.
