Whitelabel FAQ

General

What is White Label Juuno?

White Label Juuno lets you run our signage platform under your own brand. Your logo, your domain, your support - with no trace of Juuno.

Who is White Label Juuno for?

Agencies, IT providers, and entrepreneurs who want to resell digital signage as their own service.

Is there a minimum commitment?

White Label starts at 20 screens for $100/month. But there’s no lock-in contract, and we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee so you can try it risk-free.

Pricing & Billing

How much does White Label Juuno cost?

$100/month, which includes 20 screens. After that, $5 per screen/month.

What’s included in the $100/month plan?

Everything you need: custom branding, your own domain and email, support tools, and the first 20 screens.

How do I make money reselling Juuno?

You set your own price per screen and keep the margin. Example: charge $20/screen → at 50 screens you net around $600/month.

How do I set my own pricing for customers?

You decide what to charge - flat fee, per screen, or as part of a package. White Label gives you the tools; pricing is yours to control.

Do you offer volume discounts for resellers?

Yes. Discounts kick in from 100+ screens. Contact us for details.

How do billing and invoices work?

Juuno automatically bills you every month for the screens you have in your account. Currently, it's up to you to invoice your customers separately. This enables you to set your own price as well as bundle creative services and screens into one invoice.

Branding & Domains

What branding options are available?

Upload your logo, set your colours, and customise the look of login screens and emails.

Can I use my own domain and email?

Yes. Point your domain to Juuno and use your own email domain for invites and notifications.

Support

Who provides support to my customers?

You do. White Label hides Juuno support so your clients only see your brand.

Can I embed my own support widget?

Yes. Add your Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or any other support widget directly into the platform (Coming Soon)

How do customers connect their screens?

Through your domain (e.g. d.yourdomain.com) or via the white label player app on the Play Store, Amazon App Store, or web.

  • Domain Player (d.yourdomain.com)
  • Vooly app
  • White label app
  • GitHub repo to build your own player

Can I build my own player app?

Do you offer brandless hardware?

Yes (coming soon). You’ll be able to order brand-free players directly, or download a Raspberry Pi image to run your own.
