No Instagram Business Account Error

If you’re getting the "No Instagram Business Account" error, it usually means that Juuno cannot find the Facebook Page associated with your Instagram Business Account.

When setting up an Instagram App (Hashtag or Instagram Account apps), Facebook/Meta requires that you connect the Juuno App with a Personal Facebook account that is an administrator of a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Business Account.

Important: When connecting with Juuno, you must enable/select both the Instagram Business Account and the associated Facebook Page during the connection process.

However, if you already have an Instagram Business Account properly set up, linked to a Facebook Page, and selected during the connection process but is still getting the error, you may be experiencing a known bug on Facebook’s platform. 

Facebook recommends the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Using the Instagram app or Instagram.com, switch your Instagram Business Account back to a Personal Account. (You can follow Facebook’s guide here).

  3. Try setting up the Instagram app again.
